Although GameBoy Advance is an old handheld console, that isn’t stopping Toy and Television Games from making GBA mods. Folks from Toy and Television Games have just released their latest product called Nintendo Game Boy GBA SP Arcade Tabletop that combines the power of GameBoy Advance, arcade controls with 4 buttons and arcade joystick, Acacia wood and American steel dock. Despite its unusual look and feel, we can’t shake the feeling that this mod looks bit bulky to us compared to the standard GameBoy Advance SP. Also, we have to mention that it takes about 300 hours to make a single Nintendo Game Boy GBA SP Arcade Tabletop.

Wireless PC Remote with built-in motion sensor
The Wii very quickly became the gaming console of choice for a great deal of people that would never consider themselves to be gamers. Along with the console came a whole lot of almost pointless accessories for people to buy. Sure, there were on occasion a few useful items, but a lot of them were just to make a quick buck off of not so well informed newcomers to gaming. This leans a little towards the pointless gadgets, but it could actually be justified. Especially if you’ve started to enjoy the feel of the Wiimote.
It’s just an electronic device to work with your PC, bringing the Wii feel to your computer. It’s pitched towards those that do PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis. It works just like a normal mouse, but it also has some additional button controls, as well as motion activated page switching. Although it is definitely a novelty device, it would be comfortable to use for presentations. To pick one up you can find these on Chinavasion for$40.72.

Konnet Power Pyramid charges gaming controllers
This next device is for those who have both the Xbox 360 and the Sony Playstation 3, and is well aware of the charging problems that come with the controllers.
The Konnet Power Pyramid is a way to charge two Xbox 360 controllers, as well as two PS3 controllers. It puts them in a very lovely arrangement on the pyramid, and makes you feel like you are a member of the gaming Illuminati.
All that is required of the user is to plug it in the wall, and then plug the controllers in the proper places. Of course, the Xbox ones and PS3 ones are not interchangeable. There is a red light that glows when it is charging, and blue when the controller is fully charged.
In all honesty, having a charger that can do two pairs of controllers is more than enough for me, but if you know a gamer that actually needs more, than you should know that Konnet actually makes a Power Pyramid that can actually hold four pairs of controllers.
The basic Konnet Power Pyramid will cost about $55, and is located at many stores everywhere. You might wonder why there isn’t one with Wii controllers, and that is a very good question.

Star Wars game Plugs and Plays
I never did understand a lot of these plug and play games that are available in toy departments? I mean, does the world really need a Spongebob game that uses his nose as a joystick?
Perhaps we should ask whether we need the Star Wars 5-in-1 Plug n Play TV Game, that uses the Millennium Falcon as a base. Sadly, the joystick protrudes in a very non-elegant fashion, unlike Spongebob’s nose.
The 5-in-1 in the product’s name refers to the 5 games based on Episodes 1, 2, and 3, the not-so

better half of the Star Wars sexology. (That’s a group of six movies, you perverts.) The games are called names like Coruscsant Attack, Droid Invasion, Grievous Onslaught, Gunship Battle, and Utapau Attack.
Of course, you will need 4 AA batteries to keep the action going and you’ll need access to your AV RCA ports on your TV to get it working in the first place.

Game Gun available for pre-order
Those of you that love the FPS shooter games will fall even more in love with them with the Wireless Game Gun. As you can see by the You Tube video after the jump, someone has finally perfected a way of putting a screen on a motion controlled controller that resembles a military machine gun.
That someone is an engineer and inventor who is known all across the tech and gadget blogosphere as The Redneck Techie. The video shows him moving around the room and stalking in some “classic Tom Clancy” style with this unique gaming peripheral.

Wii Fit Plus upgrades your favorite balance board game
Isn’t it strange that the video game that I should be playing is the one that I don’t play? I am, of course, referring to the Wii Fit, the wondrous little white box that allows me to work on my balance and exercise until I get my Wii Fitness age down to my actual age.
You’d have to play the Wii Fit to get that, and now Wii players can get the Wii Fit Plus. This enhanced version will have new features, exercise, yoga moves, and more balancing games. I’m not certain if there is any downloadable content, but it certainly should.

Peregrine Gaming Glove turns your hand into a controller
As I tried on the Peregrine glove, and I couldn’t help but feel like Tom Cruise’s character from Minority Report. Granted, I didn’t have a giant glass display with motion controls, but I did have the ability to touch 30 points of my hand to get control in a game.
Even though I was at a gaming convention, I’m not too big in the MMO games. Many of the controls are quite complex, and attacks are often performed with by hitting some keys simultaneously. Sometimes having a hotkey on the Peregrine glove could easily give the player a great advantage. There is a video of it after the jump.

SteelSeries Merc Stealth Gaming Keyboard
I am not really into MMO games, but I’m sure that you or someone that you love (or, in this case, not love at all) is into them. Clearly, he or she might be wanting a gaming keyboard like the Merc Stealth.
The Merc Stealth is made by SteelSeries, makers of theZboard. The user won’t be able to fold up his or her keyboard with the Merc Stealth, but you have to admire its blue glow. By the way, that glow has two other options of purple and red, and four different illumination modes including subtle, ambient, intense, and off. (Yes, off is considering an illumination mode.)

Xbox 360 Controller from Carl Archambeault
I’m not certain if you can read the small print on the photo to the left, but it says “Project was to design a handheld gaming device that would combine the gaming power of the Xbox 360 and the music and video power of the Microsoft Zune”.
This was the vision of Carl Archambeault when he designed this controller with a slide out screen. This Xbox 1080 is a prototype that has a slide-out LCD screen. I am assuming that you get 1080 quality, but doesn’t the Zune HD have only 720p? Oh, wait, maybe it is called that because it is three times better than that pesky Xbox 360.
I believe that the purpose of this is to be some new type of portable video gaming system, but I thought this was some homage to the Sega Dreamcast, that system that celebrated its 10th anniversary yesterday.

Turtle Beach Ear Force W3
It’s been quite a while since we report on anything from Turtle Beach. This is a real shame, because the company is putting out a lot of gaming headphones that really helps gamers shut out the rest of the world.
Now, you may think shutting out the rest of the world isn’t healthy, but you should try living in it once in a while. Seriously, the Ear Force series is an excellent collection of padded earphones for gamers, and I had a chance to try many of their models out in person when I was at the Penny Arcade Expo last weekend. (Yeah, I have been mentioning that a lot lately.)
The W3 is designed for the Wii. At least, it seems to be the only one from Turtle Beach that works well with the Wii. It also works with the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PS2. The W3 has a behind the neck design and is ergonomically designed to stay on.

Domyos Interactive System is new type of exercise game
Considering the WiiFit and Dance Dance Revolution have sold well in the non-gaming crowd, I have been wondering when some company was going to come out with something like this.
The Domyos Interactive System is targeting a whole new type of audience of non-gamers as it doesn’t require any console to plug it into, but fits right into any television set or display.
From there, the user can work out with one of the game cartridges on an exercise mat that includes a sort of DDR type game that several players can join in on. (Provided they have the correct number of mats.)
There is also this hurdle sort of game, and this system keeps track of your calories burned. There is a video of it after the jump.

The Xbox 360 has been around for quite some years already, but good thing this product life cycle is much longer lasting compared to its predecessor, giving gamers the opportunity to enjoy their favorite titles on the Xbox 360 for many more years before having to start building up a new game library all over again with the next console release. Microsoft and Activision have teamed up to bring gamers the Xbox 360 Modern Warfare 2 Limited Edition Console, where it will not only come with the Xbox 360 itself, it will also include Infinity Ward’s “Modern Warfare 2″, which is the blockbuster sequel to the best-selling first-person action game in history.
